Governance of Your Environment
One of the core security controls for HIPAA, PCI, SOC2 and ISO 27001 is the separation of duties. The Tweak Coders team works with your internal compliance organization to make sure we infuse a level of IT governance into your environment. Tweak Coder’s technical operation is framed around the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and we drive those processes into our customer-centric focus. In most cases, we become the deployment team, which inherently provides a separation between the developers and your production environment. We also help direct our customers on how to be successful from a compliance perspective while operating in the cloud.
Compliance and Security Controls
Tweak Coders is audited on an annual basis under the control sets for SSAE 16 SOC2 Type II and for the Amazon Web Services – Managed Services Partner competency. These audits may include controls related to security, availability, process integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of a system and its information—determined as required by a service provider. Our core network and services are also penetration tested annually to make sure we are following best practices and we have a comprehensive third-party review of our environments. We also have a posted privacy policy at the bottom of our website to ensure that we never compromise our customers’ intellectual property or data.
